/p /brpAs a member of the Global Legal Team, the Legal Counsel will provide timely, pragmatic and business-oriented legal support to ATS Group's Italian entities, supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives while appropriately managing legal and compliance risks.
/p /brpThe successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a broad range of commercial, corporate, compliance and operational legal matters.

/p /brh3SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brul /brliProvide legal support to internal clients across all aspects of business operations, including: commercial contracts; corporate governance; regulatory compliance, including Legislative Decree ********; supplier, customer and partner relationships; dispute and litigation management; leasing and real estate matters; employment-related legal matters.
/li /brliDraft, review, negotiate and support the implementation of commercial agreements.
/li /brliProvide practical legal advice to business functions to facilitate sound commercial decision-making.
/li /brliPromote compliance with corporate policies, internal controls and contracting procedures.
/li /brliIdentify, assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
/li /brliCollaborate with key internal stakeholders, including General Management, Human Resources, Finance and Operations.

/li /br /ul /brh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 /brul /brliEducation: Degree in Law obtained from an accredited Italian university.
/li /brliExperience: Approximately 9–12 years of post-qualification experience gained in reputable law firms and/or multinational companies.
/li /brliSolid experience in commercial and corporate law.
/li /brliSolid knowledge of Italian corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance and Legislative Decree ********, GDPR and data protection regulations.
/li /brliStrong legal analysis and problem-solving skills.
/li /brliExcellent drafting and contract negotiation capabilities.
/li /brliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
