Reporting to the sales manager, the resource will need to thoroughly understand customer needs, executing the process of creating and managing customer opportunities and leads, integrating this understanding with Errevi's marketing and commercial plans, and then translating strategies into a winning solution for the customer, partner, and our Organization.
The resource embodies the Errevi brand with passion and enthusiasm in the territory, promoting and selling products and solutions to ensure the full achievement of assigned objectives.
What activities will you be responsible for?
Collaborate with the commercial representative to identify the needs of the end customer; Conduct technical inspections at logistic and production sites where the study of the automated solution is required; Build and maintain relationships with customer technical teams; Define the correct sizing of the solution and select the appropriate technologies that compose it; Design solutions based on material flows and expected customer performance; Request commercial offers from partner suppliers; examine and negotiate received proposals in collaboration with internal technical departments and the purchasing office; Quote solutions and draft the relevant commercial offer; Technically support the commercial representative during the offer presentation phase; Define the plant performance sheet and technical specifications to be transferred to the Project Management Office; After the sale, collaborate with Errevi Automation's operational division in the project advancement phases; What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience in the intralogistics sector, in particular knowledge of main technologies such as: Robots, AGVs, AS/RS for pallets and packages (miniload, multi-shuttle), sorting systems and automatic picking solutions; Knowledge of CAD design software (e.g., Autocad) and data analysis; Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package; Ability to interpret technical drawings; Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Customer orientation and good relational skills; Ability to understand customer business and their needs; Aptitude for problem-solving and providing solutions; Assumption of responsibility; Predisposition to teamwork; Curiosity; What do we offer you?
