/ppIn this role, you will act as a key technical bridge between our head office and our official dealer network.
You will be responsible for resolving complex vehicle technical issues via our ticketing system, conducting hands-on quality checks on newly arrived vehicles, and deploying directly to dealerships as a "Flying Doctor" for urgent and high-priority cases.

/liliProvide expert guidance on vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting protocols, and repair procedures.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongFlying Doctor (On-Site Assistance) /strong /pulliPerform field visits to dealerships to troubleshoot and resolve critical, unviable, or urgent technical issues on-site.
/liliProvide hands-on coaching and technical assistance to dealer technicians during complex repairs.
/liliQuality Inspection New Product Launches /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongKey Requirements Qualifications /strong /pulliTechnical Background: Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
/liliAutomotive Expertise: Strong background in automotive mechanics, electronics, and advanced vehicle diagnostics.




/liliEV / HV Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of High Voltage (HV) systems, modern EV/PHEV/HEV architectures, and battery technology.
/liliCertifications: Safety certifications for working on High Voltage vehicles (e.G., PES/PAV certification or local equivalent) are highly desirable.
/liliLanguage Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will interact with global technical teams and document technical reports.
/liliSoft Skills: exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Able to manage stressful situations at dealerships with empathy and authority.
/liliMobility: Full driving license and availability to travel domestically on short notice for on-site interventions.
