This role is at the heart of our operational excellence, turning raw maintenance data into actionable intelligence that drives equipment reliability, reduces costs, and maximizes production uptime.
/p pAs our Maintenance Analyst, you'll be the analytical powerhouse behind our maintenance strategy—mining CMMS data, developing predictive models, tracking performance metrics, and providing the insights that enable proactive decision?making.
You'll bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic planning, translating complex data into clear recommendations for management.
/p pbReports to: /b Global Head of Maintenance, Utilities Facilities /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Data Analysis Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and monitor comprehensive maintenance KPIs and reliability metrics using CMMS systems /li liConduct deep-dive analysis of maintenance data, spare parts consumption, and equipment performance to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities /li liPerform statistical analysis and root cause investigations on equipment failures and recurring issues /li liGenerate executive-level performance reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools /li liCompare actual maintenance performance against planned schedules, workload estimates,
and industry standards /li liAnalyze asset lifecycle data to identify obsolescence risks and replacement priorities /li /ul h3Strategic Planning Optimization /h3 ul liDevelop and implement data-backed preventive and predictive maintenance strategies /li liCreate optimized maintenance schedules that balance reliability requirements with production demands /li liCalculate resource requirements and personnel allocation based on workload analysis /li liIdentify material deficiencies, high labor-hour areas, and deviations from standards /li liPropose continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights /li /ul h3Coordination Execution Support /h3 ul liCollaborate with Operations to optimize maintenance timing and minimize production impacts /li liIssue work orders and coordinate maintenance activities across teams /li liManage spare parts inventory through data-driven forecasting and analysis /li liSupport maintenance budget management and cost control initiatives /li liMaintain comprehensive maintenance documentation and procedures /li /ul h3Compliance Collaboration /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations /li liCoordinate with maintenance teams, operations personnel,
and external suppliers /li liSupport contract management and procurement of maintenance materials and services /li liParticipate in global industrial projects aligned with strategic objectives /li /ul h3What You Need /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul libBachelor's degree /b in Engineering or related technical field /li lib2–5 years of experience /b in maintenance analysis, reliability engineering, or technical roles in production industries /li libAdvanced proficiency /b with MS Office, CMMS systems, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, or similar) /li libFluent in English /b (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Technical Competencies /h3 ul liStrong expertise in maintenance data analysis and KPI development /li liProficiency in statistical analysis and root cause analysis methodologies /liliExperience with preventive/predictive maintenance strategies /li liKnowledge of project management tools and techniques /li liUnderstanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul libExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities /b /li libAdvanced data visualization and reporting skills /b /li liStrong attention to detail with ability to identify patterns in complex datasets /li liGoal-oriented mindset with project management capabilities /li liExcellent communication skills to translate technical data for both technicians and management /li liAbility to work independently and drive initiatives /li /ul h3Job Offer Summary /h3 pAnnual Gross Salary (RAL): €35,000 – €44,000 – will be assessed based on the candidate's experience.
