Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
/li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformers or energy industry.
/li liStrong technical understanding of energy solutions and industry technologies to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate offerings.
/li liProven ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to drive product developments.
/li liExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non?technical audiences.
