/pp* Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and maximize availability, utilizing advanced planning systems.
/pp* Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
/pp* Lead efforts in demand planning and forecasting, incorporating market trends and historical data.
/pp* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.

/ppuJob Qualifications: /u /pp* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
/pp* Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
/pp* Proven experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP) is essential.
/pp* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
/pp* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
/pp* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
/pp* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
