ppLocation: Casalpusterlengo plant - hybrid model ( at least 2 days on site) /p h3The role /h3 pYou'll support both sides of the engineering lifecycle.
One minute you're helping shape a concept for a customer proposal; the next you're producing drawings that manufacturing teams actually rely on.
/p pIt's not just CAD work, and it's not just theory.
You'll get exposure to real projects, real constraints, and occasionally real sites (hard hat included).
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Key responsibilities /h3 ulliSupport customer discussions by gathering technical requirements and understanding application conditions /liliAssist with feasibility studies and solution selection (performance, cost, manufacturability) /liliCreate 3D models in Inventor and 2D drawings in AutoCAD /liliProduce engineering deliverables – BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing documentation /liliTurn concept designs into fully released, build-ready drawings and documentation /liliSupport engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and keep documentation accurate and traceable /liliWork with Project Managers to track risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving /liliGet involved in troubleshooting during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning /liliSupport on-site supervision activities globally when required /liliHelp improve templates, standards, and ways of working (not just follow them blindly) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3About you / what you'll bring /h3 ulliA degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering (or similar) – or equivalent practical experience /liliUp to 3 years' experience in application or design engineering (internships count) /liliFamiliarity with CAD tools – ideally Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD /liliA basic understanding of industrial processes, or the curiosity to learn fast /liliExperience (or exposure)



to translating customer needs into technical solutions /liliA structured approach to problem-solving – you like figuring things out, not guessing /liliGood communication skills – you can explain things clearly without overcomplicating them /liliAttention to detail, especially when it comes to drawings and documentation /liliA team-first mindset – open to feedback, willing to learn, and easy to work with /liliComfortable working in English; other European languages are a premio /liliA bit of resilience – projects change, things move quickly, and that's part of the job /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ulliExposure to high-temperature materials, insulation, or refractory applications /liliExperience working with manufacturing or operations teams /liliFamiliarity with BOMs, engineering documentation, or change control processes /liliBasic root cause analysis/problem-solving tools /li /ul h3What You'll Get /h3 ulliFull exposure to the engineering lifecycle – from concept through to site installation /liliHands?on experience early in your career (not just shadowing others) /liliSupport from experienced engineers who'll help you develop properly /liliInternational project exposure, including site work /liliA straightforward, practical engineering environment – focused on getting things right /li /ul pIn compliance with the EU Pay Directive (EU Directive ********), the minimum pay level provided for by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the position is ******€,
