/p pAs bDirect Sales in Marche and Abruzzo /b, you will be a cornerstone in realizing BauWatch's growth ambitions in Italy.
You will actively contribute to the commercial plan by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships.
This is a hands-on, field-based role combining business development, customer engagement, and collaboration with marketing and key account teams.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDrive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads /li liIdentify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships /li liConduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area (cold visits, scheduled meetings, and technical evaluations) /li liDeliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events /li liContribute to the commercial plan by identifying, leveraging, and nurturing sales opportunities /li liWork with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and commercial ideas /li liDeliver outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs,
