/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide general physiotherapy assistance in response to the health problems of Medicasa's patients.
/li liDesign and implement autonomously or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals interventions for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation in domains of motility, upper cortical functions, and visceral aspects related to pathological events.
/li liEnsure patient health education and support the patient's active participation in therapeutic decision?making.
/li liCarry out specific, autonomous, and complementary physiotherapy interventions—technical, relational, and educational—in line with the activities described in the PAI.
/li liApply assistance activities tailored to patients' age, gender, health condition, physical and psychological fragility, and cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic particularities.
/li liThely practice international guidelines and Medicasa's procedures.
/li liEnsure proper use and storage of materials and devices provided by Medicasa at the patient's home.
/li liIdentify assistance goals, monitor clinical outcomes, and maintain accurate medical and administrative documentation using the computerized clinical file.
/li liIdentify signs and symptoms and detect potential risk factors in clinical situations.
/li liAdhere to professional legal responsibilities and act in accordance with professional ethics and the Code of Deontology.
/li liPrepare periodic health reports and additional reports as requested by the health area.
/li liParticipate in meetings organised by the central operational office and health districts.
/li liContinuously update professional knowledge by obtaining ECM credits as required by national regulations.
/li liParticipate in training courses organised by Medicasa.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in rehabilitation health professions.
/li liMembership in the appropriate technical health professionals order of rehabilitation and prevention, with ECM credits regularly updated.
