Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching for development and problem-solving

Guide leaders on drivers of employee engagement and its impact on performance

Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and business outcomes

Support the implementation of effective performance management processes

Liaise with other HR experts to tailor solutions for the organization’s needs

7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company

Strong organizational and goal-setting capabilities with the ability to manage complexity and drive initiatives

Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
