With a growing international presence, the company is now entering a pivotal phase of scale?up, targeting 10M+ in ARR and beyond. The Role We are seeking a strategic and experiencedHead of International Expansionto lead and scale the companys go?to?market and revenue operations. The ideal candidate comes from the SaaS world, understands how to scale a product from 7M to 50M+ ARR, and brings a methodical, metrics?driven approach to organizational growth. Ideal Profile * Senior executive with a proven track record scaling SaaS companies (e.g., from 7M to 50M+ ARR).



* Background in both enterprise software (e.g., Oracle) and high?growth startups or scale?ups. * Strong experience in international market expansion and with corporate?level client targets, including companies that sell high?priced products * English: Fluent (mandatory). Italian and French: not required.
