We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join Beiersdorf Italy’s Marketing Services Department in Milan.

Responsibilities

Support management of digital channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic): track key performance indicators (KPIs), review campaign settings across platforms, and summarize final results

Collaborate with Category Marketing Team to review digital campaign assets, tracking URLs, and asset taxonomy

Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying potential issues and suggesting optimization strategies

Assist in development and review of social media PEDs for the company’s main social media platforms

Conduct website analysis to identify results, areas for improvement and potential issues

Qualifications

BA/MA degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media





Previous experience in the digital field would be a plus (preferably from a consultancy, a large company or a media agency)

Previous experience in the cosmetics industry would be a plus

Strong analytical skills, with a particular focus on data analysis and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Interpersonal skills: proactivity with a positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility

Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services is a plus

Languages: fluency in both Italian and English
