Your day-to-day activities will ensure competitive, accurate, and timely proposals fully aligned with customer and company requirements. /p h3bYou’ll make an impact by: /b /h3 ul liAnalyzing tender documentation, technical specifications, and customer requirements, with specific focus on revamping electrical protection systems and or retrofitting solutions. /li liPreparing technical and commercial offers for modernization, upgrade, and service contracts. /li liDeveloping cost estimation and guarantee cost-efficient, competitive solutions. /li liCollaborating with Sales and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.



/li liStandardizing recurring solutions and support continuous improvement in proposal processes. /li liMonitoring deadlines, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of all proposals. /li liInterfacing with internal and HQ stakeholders for alignment on technical and commercial strategies. /li /ul h3bWhat makes you a great match: /b /h3 pbCore Requirements /b /p ul li5+ years of proven experience in proposals for revamping of electrical protections/systems and retrofitting within service activities. /li liSolid knowledge of protection relays, automation systems, electrical distribution, and related service solutions. /li liProven experience in developing technical and commercial proposals for the revamping of protection, automation, and control systems in power plants, industrial facilities, or high-voltage substations. /li liPragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to “know where to put your hands”. /li liStrong orientation to targets, cost optimization, and efficiency. /li liTeam player mindset with excellent collaboration across functions and international counterparts. /li liDegree in Electrical/Energy/Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience). /li liPassion to never-stop growing /li liRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness,
