PpAs a MoorMaster Service Product Engineer, you will support customers worldwide using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, and remote access solutions. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pJoin Cavotec and help shape the future of sustainable industry. /p pAt Cavotec, we develop innovative electrification and automation technologies that make ports and industrial operations safer, cleaner, and more efficient. /p pWith over 50 years of engineering excellence and a global presence, we are driving the energy transition by delivering solutions that support decarbonisation and operational efficiency for customers worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain expert level of assigned products’ knowledge and application. /li liProvide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products’ concepts for further development by engineering. /li liProvide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality. /li liAct as a technical liaison between Field Service organization, Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers, with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed. /li liAssist in resolving design related non conformities, ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE. /li liIdentify and propose solutions to escalated any technical or project related risks. /li liAchieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards. /li liTroubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences. /li liCooperate with Field Service organization,
