Role Purpose




The Field Customer Engagement Partner is responsible for enhancing the quality and impact of engagement with a defined group of healthcare professionals. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, generating actionable insights, and supporting the consistent activation of disease education in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, in a compliant manner. The role reports directly to the Product Manager, ensuring strong alignment between field and brand strategy. This role will cover Center Italy: Lazio, Campania, Sardegna, Umbria, Basilicata, Molise.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & KOL Management
Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with national and regional healthcare professionals (including KOLs)
