NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.
NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Student Life Assistant and Receptionist
The selected candidate will join the Student Services team as Student Life Assistant and Receptionist and contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging campus environment. Working closely with students throughout their academic journey, the candidate will contribute to the organization of extracurricular activities, cultural initiatives and community-building projects aimed at fostering engagement, inclusion and a vibrant campus life. The selected candidate will also produce graphic content,



illustrations and animations for social media and digital campaigns, contributing to a distinctive online presence that reflects the spirit of NABA's multicultural campus. Alongside these activities, the role will also support reception and front-office services, helping students throughout their academic experience while ensuring an excellent front-office service for students, faculty, visiting professors and guests.
The selected candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Assure the planning and the execution of extracurricular activities on campus (educational and recreational events etc.), cultural trips, walking tours, and sports activities.
- Assure the promotion among students' special events and parties and other projects in order to improve the integration of the students.
