Job description We are seeking Cloud Engineers with cross-functional skills in Cloud & Infrastructure and DevOps. The role focuses on building an automated, self-healing, and scalable infrastructure, site reliability, designing new system architectures, and maintaining existing infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with team members to solve challenges and continuously improve company processes. You should be able to plan and identify optimal solutions before extensive coding, and autonomously evaluate your work and schedule code refactors when necessary. You will independently evaluate and critique design choices on a daily basis and contribute to the evolution of projects and team improvement.
Automate & optimize application availability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and alerting.
Design and implement Cloud infrastructures based on stakeholder requirements
Produce detailed technical specifications of Cloud infrastructure
Invest in automation to improve scalability and availability of the application platform
Ensure process repeatability, track/document changes to infrastructure, and assist development teams during deployment/downtime
Perform root cause analysis for production errors and write post-mortem documents and technical reports
Promote DevOps culture inside the team and in the community
Build resilient and self-scaling systems to enable reliable operations
We expect our Cloud Engineers to automate everything, create new tools, improve existing ones, reduce toil, and foster innovation.
You will collaborate with developers to organize the development environment and environment variables, and work with software architects to improve design choices.
Knowledge of operating systems (Linux)
Experience with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes
