Addetto allo Sportello Bancario
The Opportunity:
You will work within a branch of an important banking institution belonging to the world of cooperative credit. You will handle all activities related to branch operations (cashier, account operations, deposits, transfers, account statements, pension and tax payments, etc.), as well as back-office functions (document retrieval, various communications to customers, etc.) and initial customer consulting.




You will be a primary point of reference for customers and will support senior branch colleagues in proposing and managing services requested by clients.
You will contribute to the proper execution of all branch activities and will be supported in the initial phase to learn the tasks required for the role.
Responsibilities
- Handle branch operations (cashier, accounts, deposits, transfers, statements, pension and tax payments, etc.).
- Perform back-office tasks (document retrieval, customer communications, etc.) and provide initial customer consulting.
- Serve as a primary reference for customers and support senior colleagues in proposing and managing services.
- Contribute to the proper execution of all branch activities and learn the required tasks during the initial phase.

Qualifications
- Degree in economics, science, or law.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in customer management and service delivery is welcome but not essential.
