As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your responsibilities will involve conducting risk assessments, training employees, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Provide EHS training and education to employees, ensuring they understand and comply with safety standards and procedures
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics and report findings to management
Participate in emergency response planning and drills
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship efforts
Master's Degree Engineering - Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field




Proven experience in an EHS role
Knowledge of Italian EHS regulation (D.lgs. 81/2008 and D.lgs 152/2006) and EHS international standards (ISO14001 and ISO45001)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Fluent Italian and good English knowledge
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
