This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about engineering, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership in a rapidly evolving organization. The Mechanical Design Specialist will support the technical development of our manufacturing projects, acting as a key interface between Energy Dome's internal teams, external engineering partners and manufacturing operations. The role combines technical coordination, engineering development and product industrialization activities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of an innovative energy storage technology. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the technical development of manufacturing projects and customer orders. /li liCollaborate with external engineering partners to develop and review technical documentation and drawings. /li liInterface with Energy Dome Engineering and Project teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and technical specifications.



/li liSupport the definition and optimization of manufacturing solutions and product configurations. /li liContribute to product industrialization and continuous improvement activities. /li liCollaborate with RD teams on product development and technology improvement initiatives. /li liPrepare, review and manage technical documentation, bills of materials and engineering deliverables. /li liDevelop and modify technical drawings and 3D models when required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. /li liRecent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong technical curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast‑growing industrial environment. /li liBasic knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering documentation. /li liGood communication and collaboration skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple activities and priorities. /li liProficiency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Solid Edge or similar. /li liAbility to create and modify 2D technical drawings using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or equivalent software. /li liFamiliarity with engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT), and manufacturing documentation. /li liBasic understanding of mechanical components, assemblies and industrial manufacturing processes. /li liExposure to industrial equipment, energy systems, pressure equipment or process plant sectors. /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 pPermanent, full‑time contract.
