PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Education
- Degree in Economics, HR/P&C;, or similar **Skills**: - Transversal knowledge of HR fundamentals and processes: talent management, performance management and compensation
- Knowledge of best practices and market practices for HR policies in the pharmaceutical sector
- Knowledge of the Italian regulatory context (including aspects relating to employment contracts) and ability to understand its implications for the design and implementation of HR policies
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional contexts
- People & Patient focused, highly motivated and agile, ability to work with different groups across the organization
- Strong communication skills, leadership, and guidance to the results, along with high relationships skills, understanding of personnel issues and ability to interact and communicate with union representatives Experience
