On behalf of our client, a company operating in the women's fashion industry with a turnover of over €200 millions achieved by multiple brands (less than 6) and with HQ in Milan, we are looking for a MARKETING DIRECTOR. **Posizione**:
The professional, reporting to the General Director, will be responsible for the marketing strategy for the company and its brands. One of the primary objectives will be to improve brand awareness. Managing a team of 3 people and the Brand Managers, the person is expected to: - carry out strategic analysis and brand development for the different markets;
- conduct analysis and regularly monitor market tendencies and competition;
- through the team, conduct analyses of competitors' and own best performing products;
- liaise with the design team on future products;
- define the annual marketing and communication plan;




- supervise the organisation of national and international events;
- periodically monitor the performance of social media channels. **Requisiti**:
For this role we are looking for someone with: - a degree in Marketing or economic studies;
- strong analytical skills and result-oriented;
- excellent relational and negotiation skills;
- a good knowledge of communicating brands in the fashion industry;
- measurable experience in the role in similar industries;
