**THE POSITION**:
In this position you will support the activities regarding the logistics of the Italian site in Milan, like forecast planning, custom clearance by joining our Demand & Distribution Team, part of the Supply Chain team collaborating with key departments. **For this position we offer an initial fixed term contract of 6 months with possibility of extension.** **Tasks&Responsibilities;**: - Planning of finished products orders based on sales forecasts consensus process to satisfy the local demand
- Monitor good receipts at local warehouse and manage logistics complaints for the inbound process
- Support the weekly and monthly reporting (ex. stock coverage, out of stock tracking, back orders, supply impacts, others)
- Support the planning of the local transportation of goods from/to Third Parties, providing needed documentation (ex. Transport order)




- Support the customs clearance process management for goods coming from extra-EU Countries
- Support the Material Master Data Management for finished products
- Collaborate with key departments (Mkt & Sales / Finance&Controlling; / Global Supply Chain Department/ Local Regulatory Affairs) ***Requirements**: - Degree in Management Engineering/Economics
- Have a clear understanding of basic financial and inventory measures (ex. sales, volumes, stock coverage, costs, etc)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts and SAP ERP
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Good analytical skills, working with large data sets
- Good communication, organizational and Team working skills
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
