Everyone contributes. **BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB** This role will support the Celebrity, entertainment and Influence Project manager and PR in supporting daily activity of the department. **What makes up your day** Step into a hands-on, minds-on work environment where every challenge and opportunity helps you realize your full potential. In this role, you will: - Partner with the team to identify a group of upcoming talents;
- Coordinating VIP sample trafficking;
- Assist on VIP product placements/gifting;
- Monitoring VIP clippings and create reports;
- Assisting VIP fittings (fashion shows, special brand project.);
- Support on Talents Press releases (Red carpet, Zegna events etc);
- Handle Fashion GPS celebrity sample inventory;
- Manage VIP showroom;
- Support on proforma invoices for all international shipments for talents requests;

- Excellent multitasking skills;
- Well organized;
- Interested in new digital platforms and good knowledge in Celebrities/Influencers/Creatives;
- Good knowledge of Power Point and Excel;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Fluent in English and/or French;
- Willingness to follow industry trends and current methods;
