The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
He/Shi will be involved in: - Support HC organization in its strategic tasks providing RACI (or by other tools) matrix of HR overlapping activities
- Coordinate the different FA plans with total HC strategy driven by HC DIrector
- Manage the HRBP team to provide fast response to the whole organization needs, as far as daily management of HR is involved, leveraging all other FAs expertise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Provide support and guidance to HR PMO
- Support the FIBP (or HR Controller) to HR into budgeting and monitoring all people related costs (workforce, contractors, volunteers) **Requirements**: - University Degree
- 10+ years of experience in the position
- Concrete experience with people management
- Very good command of English is a must; any further language is a plus
- Good command of common IT Tools (Ms Office and so on) **Other information**:
