Carry out studies, benchmarking activities and tests especially on prototype units
- Cooperate with the factories in analyzing and improving the processes adopted by them
- Supervise the phase of industrialization
- Cooperate closely with Platforms in developing and engineering innovative products that require new characteristics and processes
- Support the technological and quality functions of the plants in products/processes troubleshooting issues, identifying and setting improvement plans
- Support Quality and Industrial functions in the updating of processes, in order to adapt them to new standards or needs
- Directly issue all the documents needed for the correct execution of the processes (e.g.: PFMEA, Process Specifications)
- Cooperate with all the functions involved (mainly with Quality, Engineering, Operations) for the documents related to PDC-Control Plans,



Technical Specifications for the suppliers, SOP.Map all the processes for any tyre components production and assign a score for evaluation purposes, to identify the most appropriate, in order to standardize the processes across plants
- Analyze processes data collected from the machines, identifying possible relations between parameters **Technical competence and Skills**:
Master Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineer Excellent English knowledge (written / oral) High level of adaptability and capacity to deal with multiple tasks inside a scenario of high level of technical and strategic complexity Good communication skills and strong multicultural orientation Very good knowledge of Office package
