- Shared Service Center - Credit Collection - Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese **Azienda**:
Our client is a multinational manufacturing entity, renowned globally for its products, supported by a network of production and distribution facilities in over 70 countries. With a revenue of €550 million and 850 employees, the company is in search of a **Credit Collector - Spain (M/F)** and a **Credit Collector - Portugal (M/F)** to join their Shared Service Center located in Padua Area (Italy). **Responsibilities**: - Tracking outstanding debts, locating and contacting debtors;
- Create and implement debt collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans;
- Handle customers questions or complaints;
- Update account status and balances regularly;




- Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with German local colleagues. **Competenze ed esperienza**:
**Requirements**: - Fluent in Spanish and English or fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Previous experience as credit collector is a plus;
- Experience in working with tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good negotiation skills and team player;
