**FINANCE MANAGER EMEA**:
**Main responsibilities**:
The position, reporting to CFO International and dotted-line to the Regional General Manager, is responsible to run the planning cycles for the region and monitoring the actuals for a timely reporting and variance analyses for the regional management. Partnering with the GM EMEA is responsible to elaborate the financial business cases needed to assess the strategy and drive execution in the region. Additionally, in collaboration with the Corporate & Shared Service structures and the local country teams, the Finance Manager EMEA is responsible to secure the financial compliance in all the countries of the region and all matters related to accounting, treasury and tax. **Responsibilities**: - Commercial Strategic Planning, Budget and periodic Forecast in partnership with the GM EMEA.
- Regional monitoring for the actuals and variance analyses for the regional management.
- Coordinate, support and prepare the relevant regional financial reporting packages for the top management
- Partner with GM EMEA for financial modeling to support strategic decisions and drive execution in the region.
- Oversight on the financial performance of the several individual countries in the region.
- Oversight for all the accounting & administration activities in the individual countries of the region,



including the annual statutory cycle and audit in connection with Corporate Accounting & Administration.
- Planning and monitoring cash and other treasury matters in connection between the local countries and Corporate Treasury.
- Act as EMEA focal point for the financial processes, policies and systems initiatives in the area.
- Drive education, harmonization and support for adoption of Corporate processes and systems across the region.
- Secure and support the Board of Directors mechanisms and duties in the individual countries across the region. We are currently seeking a proactive Finance Manager with in leading Regional o Cluster structures and with experience in international and complex companies in the Pharmaceutical, API or Medical Device industries. Educational Knowledge and Competencies: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting/Finance or Business Administration.
- Consolidation & Reporting experience.
- Business acumen & problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards common safety goals and a passion for driving positive change.
