We are looking for a **Business Unit Deputy Manager of Energy and Oil&Gas;** sector to join Segula Italy's team with the goal of growing the presence in the country and the perimeter of new clients, as well as consolidating relationships with existing clients. The position can be based in Torino/ Novara/ Milano. **Main responsibilities**
- Identify new opportunities and prospects in Italian territory and among the Italian contractors’ project worldwide




- Consolidate acquired customers by periodic client meetings and surveying their needs in a timely manner
- Develop new business opportunities and client acquisition
- Manage the stages of sales negotiations (including pre-sales)
- Manage the commercial and contractual documentation of the job order, monitoring invoicing and payment by the customer as well as contract negotiation and legal compliance
- Financial management including the budgeting and pricing strategy
- Prepare bids and proposal development based on the clients’ requirements
- Manage a perimeter of consultants
- Marketing coordination and brand promotion
- Generating technical understanding of the provided solutions and services **Qualifications**
- Proven experience in recruiting, field engineering and relationships with Clients within Oil & Gas sector
- Degree in engineering is a plus
- Experience in other energy sectors including renewable energies, nuclear or Hydrogen is a plus
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of the French or any other European language is a plus The role requires availability for travelling nationally and internationally.
