full-time Institute for Biomedicine **Tasks**: - To help build up resources for more advanced human tissue models from engineered and isogenic cells (spheroid, organoid, micro-physiological systems).
- To assist others in the design and execution of projects using CRISPR-based editing or screening.
- To develop and incorporate new experimental technologies as they emerge. **Requirements**: - PhD in Molecular Biology or Biology related fields, with preference for experience in Neurobiological or Cardiovascular disease research.
- Demonstrated experience in basic molecular and cell biology techniques through peer-reviewed publications, with preferential experience in generation and manipulation/reprogramming of iPS cells.




- Demonstrated technical experience in using CRISPR-based systems to edit cell lines, especially iPS cells.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience in managing junior scientists and PhD students.
- Experience with successful grant and paper writing. We offer:
