**Responsibilities**: - Design and execute integrated commercial plans including campaigns, promotions, and new product releases, aligned with the corporate objectives of Easyflyer, Pixartprinting, and Gifta.
- Regularly analyse sales data at category and product level across all brands, ensuring alignment with budget objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive merchandising strategy that addresses the unique needs and goals of each brand.
- Coordinate with content creation and R&D; teams across brands to ensure consistent product representation through names, copy, photography, and overall presentation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Work collaboratively with digital marketing teams from each brand to optimize advertising strategies, product feeds, and special promotions.
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of internal search engine functionalities tailored to each brand’s specifics.
- Facilitate communication and update all relevant teams to ensure timely and effective execution of the commercial strategies. **Requisiti**: - Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in data analysis and visualization tools is preferred.




- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage concurrent projects across different brands.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce metrics.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
