We are looking for a Ux Research and Human Factors Specialist to join our human-machine interaction team. **Your main responsibilities**: - UX Research and Analysis: You will conduct user experience research studies, including interviews, observations, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors and identify improvement opportunities.
- Testing and Evaluation: You will plan and conduct usability tests and ergonomic evaluations to ensure that designed solutions meet user needs and quality standards. You will also analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Development of Guidelines: You will create and maintain guidelines and best practices for interaction design and physical ergonomics, ensuring they are integrated into projects and development processes.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: You will work closely with designers, engineers,
and other stakeholders to ensure that human and ergonomic aspects are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
- Training and Consulting: You will provide consulting and training to internal teams on ergonomics and UX principles, contributing to fostering a user-centric culture within the company. **Requisiti**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Ergonomics, Interaction Design, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s or PhD in Human Factors, UX Design, or Ergonomics is a plus. **Experience**: To be the best at this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in roles related to Human Factors, physical ergonomics and UX research, preferably in interaction design and technology product development contexts. **Technical Skills**: - Experience with UX research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Deep knowledge of physical ergonomics principles and interaction design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. **Soft Skills**: - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
