Car Fleet Coordinator
We are seeking a Car Fleet Coordinator to act as Iatlay’s contact for all car fleet related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the management of our client's car fleet, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficient service delivery. **Responsibilities**:
Act as the Spain’s Single Point of Contact for all car fleet related activities.
Update Car fleet Page, in line with global structure and content.
Keep our client informed on country issues impacting the fleet.
Act as the country focal point for vendors' contracts implementation and monitoring.
Review country car fleet reports and highlight compliance issues with vendors and EMEA TM.
Assist our client in global and regional projects.
Assist in the implementation of new car fleet.
Ensure service delivery in accordance with best practice and JLL standards.
Work with the current car fleet software.
Monitor the utilization of company cars and propose optimization strategies.
Conduct monthly meetings with the car lease company to discuss fleet performance and address any concerns.
Coordinate the handover of company cars to new starters or leaving employees.
Coordinate car maintenance and workshop activities, ensuring timely repairs and efficient service.
Ensure safety compliance of all cars in the fleet by implementing necessary inspections and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate tire changes and replacements.
Support the implementation of new tool (Car) and provide assistance to employees as a software helpdesk. **Requirements**:
Proven experience in car fleet management or related field.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.




Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good knowledge of car fleet operations and industry best practices.
Familiarity with car fleet management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
