**INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROJECT - INSTITUTIONAL & INSURANCE CLIENT SALES SUPPORT DWS ITALY** The internship will take place within the Institutional & Insurance Client Coverage team of DWS International GmbH - Milan Branch (DWS Group), a leading Asset Management company with € 880 billion in assets under management (As of end of September 2021). With over 60 years of experience, DWS offers integrated investment solutions providing a range of traditional and alternative investment capabilities to clients worldwide. The applicant will have the opportunity to deepen his/her knowledge of the Italian institutional market (eg Pension Funds, Insurance, Social Securities Plans, Foundations ) under a wide range of aspects: from legal and regulatory framework that characterize the specific market segment, to the peculiar proposal and selection process that carry to final client adoption and operational set up, as well as to the technicalities linked to the client’s assets management and follow up service. **Specific tasks**: - Support in translation, editing and finalization of proposals addressed to potential new clients, in cooperation with Central Office dedicated teams (mainly Frankfurt and London)




- Support in translation and preparation of products and strategy presentations used during clients’ meetings
- Care of client’s periodic reporting
- Cooperation with local Coverage team and Central Functions to insure prompt feedback to clients’ requests on invested products or mandates (translation of clients requests for German/English colleagues, support on operational items connected to the client’s mandate, support on maintenance and update of legal documentation)
- Cooperation in organization and documentation arrangement for Institutional Clients dedicated events
- DWS positioning, Market and Competitors analysis
- Support on internal MIS & infra group presentations
- Support in updates and maintenance of Sales/RM tool and Client Adoption processes **Background and general skills**: - Financial Markets & economic background
