This role will report into the Operations Manager but you will have direct daily contact with multiple teams across the facility. **How You'll Help us Connect The World** Your ability to build constructive relationships with several supplying parties and communicate in an effective way will be key to thrive in the role. **Role & Responsibilities**
- Unload shipments, inspect contents for damage, and verify accuracy against invoices or order forms.
- Process material from receiving into stock.
- Responsible for the timeliness of order picking and fulfillment to support the production process, by guaranteeing that all production orders are pulled, identified and transferred in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supplies production lines and/or kanban location, safely operating with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or pallet truck.
- Determine optimum load configuration of both warehouse storage locations and trucks taking into consideration such factors as weight, dimensions, center of gravity, and sequence of deliveries.
- Enter material transactions for work order issues.




- Ensure the accurate entry of all inventory-related transactions in SAP to support the production process. Includes records of materials issued/receive.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and identification labels in accordance with specifications and customer or shipper requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized ensures a safe working environment. **You Will Excite Us If You Have**
- Professional qualification or equivalent experience, requires 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and manufacturing environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet warehouse objectives and maintain operational efficiency.
- Must be able to operate or learn to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Time management and schedule respect.
- PC skills, good skills in database systems and Excel.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP system.
