The roles refer to Chocolate and Creams category only. **Description of the main activities/responsibilities**: - Developing special programs and campaigns, targeting and supporting Gourmet Distributors and direct clients.
- Improving brand and product presence across channels,



in alignment with the annual commercial priorities and corporate & brand strategy, using offline and online channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing: The italian market, the various channel and competitor developments; The performance of IRCA product ranges, products and campaigns referring to Chocolates and Creams.
- Preparing & executing programs and campaigns with the right: Product offering, looking at our existing worldwide assortment; Promotion mechanism; Planning, execution and follow-up to channel and customer(s); Demo preparations
- Acting as the key liaison between channels & customers and our Marketing, Product Management, Sales Support and Supply Chain. Coordinating the execution of: Materials, Communication, Presentations, Customer events (internal & external), Trade show presence, Training for distributors and their sales teams, Samples, Social media content
- Providing input for new product introduction and development
- Maintaining customer relationships for continuous and future demands and purchases **Requisitions**: - ** Education**: BSc/BA in marketing, and or business administration, statistics, sales or relevant field.
- ** Professional Skills**: Good data analysis skills; Knowledge of market and retail dynamics and understanding of sales strategies, Category management skills; negotiation skills.
- **Experience**: 2 - 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, and analytical tools and software.
- **Behavioural Requirements**:Strong communication and relation skills; problem solving and negotiation skills; attention to details; strong goal oriented, adaptability, team working and flexibility.
