We are now expanding our presence to **Rome**and seeking a local coordinator to support our venue development initiatives. **Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive cultural events enthusiast in **Rome** to help identify and establish relationships with potential concert venues and support the launch of our events. This position offers flexible hours, averaging **10-20 hours per week.** **Key Responsibilities**: - Research and scout potential concert venues in **Rome and surrounding areas**
- Establish initial contact with venue management and arrange site visits
- Assess venues for technical suitability, acoustics, and logistics
- Assist in organizing and coordinating opening events




- Support and assist local orchestra with rehearsals and amenities
- Liaise between our main office and local stakeholders
- Support marketing initiatives through local network connections
- Provide cultural context and insights for the Rome market **Required Qualifications**: - Resident in **Rome**, with excellent knowledge of the city’s cultural scene
- Strong network within Rome’s classical music or cultural events sector
- **Native in Italian and fluent in English**(written and spoken)
