**Our 5-star golf resort is seeking a dedicated and organized Guest Relations Agent to join our team.** In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our resort. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Establish a relationship with the guest prior arrival through pre-stay letters, during stay, upon departure and after departure
- Be informed in advance of all details and requirements pertaining to arrival guests, with particular focus on VIP guests
- Together with the Front Office team be the main point of contact for guests, providing assistance and help throughout their stay.
- Assist with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations) according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
- Able to provide information/reservations about our experiences, etc;
- Assist the front Office Manager to handle and resolve guest complaints
- Assist with the coordination of Porters, Drivers and Security Staff according to Guest needs and company procedures;
- Assist with the process of the opening operations of the day of the hotel;




- Assist with the supervision of the closure of all the outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.);
- Assist with the process of the daily reports to the administration and other main departments of the hotel;
- Assist our Guests with all the room service requests with the cooperation of bar/restaurants staff, and porters and security staff, when available. **Requirements**: - Fluent in Italian English. French or a third language is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of the Region and products;
- Confident with software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, etc. **Benefits**
