**Travel & Insurance Portfolio Specialist**:
What will you be responsible for?
Handle pre-sales activities such as configuration in the portfolio system and the definition and management of data flows to and from clients/intermediaries.
Manage post-sales activities including issuance, renewals, premium adjustments, modifications, cancellations, premium refunds, and portfolio migrations.
Ensure strong governance and work with cross-functional teams for effective program delivery and customer service.
Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Monitor billing cycle to ensure proper premium payments and work to identify innovative




**You are the person we are looking for if**:
product creation/configuration processes with at least 2 years of experience in a role within the Onboarding, Product Marketing
Comfortable engaging with clients and building strong relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset and strong team-working skills
Are great proficiency in using Excel and has a good familiarity with the main IT tools (e.g. mantis, web services, Business Intelligence)
Are fluent in English language (at least level B1)
Have a bachelor's
