- We expect that our Assistant Store Manager deliver an amazing retail experiences by leading, training, motivating and mentoring the store teams to drive an exceptional customer service;
- Implementing our established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them;
- Keeping on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory shrink targets, P&L;, loss prevention etc;
- Increasing KPI’s and drive/promote merchandise categories while reporting performance metrics;
- Making sure the store looks in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
- Assist the Store Manager in carrying out all staff appraisals and related processes. **Your profile**




- Two years proven experience as Retail Assistant Store Manager or Retail managerial position;
- Great ability and interest in interacting with customers. Resilient and self-driven approach as well as able to put in place a centric customer approach
- Ability to develop a great team who share passion and the Company vision to make every shopping experience outstanding;
- Experience in all facets of running a store, including budgeting and planning, retail operations and merchandising;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication in English. Any other language is a plus;
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
- In-depth market & product knowledge
- Centric customer approach and able to provide a premium selling experience
