**Aerospace Process Manager**:
**Main Responsibilities**: - Support the definition and optimization of engineering processes in the aerospace sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify needs and improve workflows.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the efficiency and quality of processes.
- Manage continuous improvement projects and implement best practices in the aerospace field.
- Support the management of technical documentation and compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to project planning and monitoring, using tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define and implement innovative technical solutions. **Required Skills**: - Knowledge and experience in System Engineering.
- Experience in defining and implementing KPIs to monitor processes.




- Experience in process analysis and improvement in the aerospace sector. **Optional Skills**: - Knowledge of EN 9100:2018 standard.
- Experience in process mapping and analysis. **Cross-functional Skills**: - Teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and interact with various company functions.

- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
