**Service Manager industrial Vehicles (M/F)** Essential Duties
- Lead the Service and spare part Dept.
- Guarantee an excellent spare parts delivery service
- Manage service-related customer concerns such as warranty issues, job scheduling, job progress, etc.
- Maintain industry leading levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document, submit, and resolve claims with dealers.
- Prepare customer repair estimates and/or quotes in a timely and accurate manner and provides follow-up.
- Resolve customer disputes to ensure fair value for the customer and company. **Requisiti di lavoro** Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in Heavy Equipment, Mining or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.




- Technical understanding of equipment operation / repair of heavy Machinery Equipment
- Knowledge of customers and distributors..
