Ensure positive guest experience and continuous improvement of tour operations
- Coordinate daily on-site hospitality activities, including leading tours
- Manage direct to customer sales operations of products and activities
- Execute strategies to increase sales and brand awareness, including building and managing relationships with agencies and local hotels and restaurants
- Company events, including hosting of key customers
- Content creators for Social Media and Web-site **Position requirements**: - Fluent in English and Italian
- Car required
- Must be able to work various days/shifts of the week, including evenings, weekends and holidays, especially in the summer period
