1. **Technical Consulting**: Provide support to customers in choosing the products or solutions that best meet their needs, explaining technical features and product benefits. 2. **Sales Management**: Actively participate in the sales process, both in the preparation of quotes and commercial offers and in negotiating terms. 3. **Pre
- and Post-Sales Support**: Ensure technical support and assistance both before and after the sale to understand and resolve any issues, answer questions, and manage complaints. 4. **Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor sales, prepare market reports, and gather feedback to improve the offer and services. 5. **Customer Relations**: Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs to foster loyalty and promote additional business opportunities. 6. **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, production, and product development teams to align the offer with market demands and contribute to improvement strategies.



The technical sales specialist acts as the bridge between the customer and the company, providing technical assistance and working to optimize customer satisfaction and increase sales. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in a Technical/Scientific field
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
- At least 2 years of prior experience in the sales of technical products
- Preferably experienced in the sale of galvanic and/or chemical products
