To carry forward our mission we are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our AI R&D; team. **WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**
- Frontier project management: Lead and coordinate complex R&D; projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence, transforming emerging technological insights into concrete, scalable solutions that anticipate market needs.
- R&D; resource orchestration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (AI researchers, engineers, data scientists, product owners) and external stakeholders (tech partners, universities, deep-tech startups) to ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless project execution.
- Strategic innovation planning: Support the definition and implementation of technological roadmaps aligned with the evolving AI landscape, championing initiatives that position the organization as a trendsetter rather than a follower.
- Impact-oriented monitoring and KPIs: Implement metrics that go beyond delivery, focusing on impact (e.g., technology readiness, go-to-market feasibility, potential ROI), and provide clear, purpose-driven reporting to leadership and strategic partners.
- Risk management in high-tech environments:



Identify and address risks linked to technological uncertainty and AI integration in business processes, managing ambiguity and continuously adapting plans based on evolving conditions.
- Vision-driven stakeholder engagement: Facilitate clear, inspiring, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (including scientific advisors and innovation leads), ensuring alignment on goals and long-term vision.
- Support in tech due diligence: Contribute to the assessment of new project opportunities (prototypes, patents, spin-offs), offering strategic and technical insights during early-stage evaluations and innovation scouting. **WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH**
- 3+ years of experience managing complex R&D; or innovation-driven projects, ideally in deep tech, AI, or high-tech environments (labs, tech startups, corporate innovation hubs).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with hands-on experience using project and innovation management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana) and KPI monitoring frameworks.
- Good understanding of the technological and economic dynamics of AI, including model readiness, data governance, and solution sustainability.
- Excellent communication skills,



able to translate technical complexity into strategic narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, value-driven mindset, with a natural inclination toward collaborative leadership and managing uncertainty.
