Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's Unesco-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. **R**ole** Under the direct supervision of the C hef de Partie, the Commis is responsible for assisting the C hef de Partie in the assigne d section, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office. **R**esponsibilities**
- Understanding h ygiene standards (ingredients, personal hygiene, daily cleaning, deep cleaning, expiry dates, receiving, washing).
- Daily operation control.
- Monitoring fridge temperature and cleaning.




- Understanding the safety standrads.
- Knowing all menues.
- Be able to use kitchen tools.
- Knowing chemicals, how to use and how to clean. **Requirements**: - R elevant experience in hotel and restaurants for 1-3 years, including school internship.
