We specialize in exceeding the expectations of discerning families, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, guaranteeing discretion, excellence, and the utmost standards of care. **Role Description** We are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely international family based in **Milan, Italy**, who are seeking a warm, creative, and professional **part-time nanny** to care for their two daughters, aged **3 and 5**. Occasional minor support may also be required for their **1-year-old**, who already has a full-time nanny. The position is approximately **15 hours per week**, with the following regular schedule: - **Monday to Friday: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM** **Core responsibilities include**: - School pick-ups for the older children
- Accompanying them to extracurricular activities (e.g., swimming, dance)
- Organizing creative, engaging, and language-rich after-school play in **English only**: - Supervising bath time and supporting the dinner routine

A 2-week trial period will take place in **June 2025**, with the official start of the role set for **September 2025**. **Qualifications (Required & Preferred)** **Mandatory**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children
- Clean Criminal Records
- Fluency in **English** (communication with children must be exclusively in English)
- Availability to commit to a long term position
- Legal right to work in Italy **Preferred**: - Background in early childhood education or language development
- Experience managing sibling dynamics and conflict resolution
- A creative and proactive personality
- First Aid Certification (focused on children) **What We Offer**
