As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional beverage experience for our guests, ensuring the highest standards of service, and maximizing revenue. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets, including cocktail bars, lounges, and poolside bars
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs
- Manage bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation
- Manage bar inventory and costs
- Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience **Qualifications**:



- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
