- Participate to the European meetings to be updated about latest developments of the platform and collaborate with other European coordinators to ensure alignment with international strategies;
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making;
- Support, create and manage individual development plan that includes financial goals, specific prospects and sales strategies;
- Collaborate closely with Segment Leader to understand business objectives, requirements, and ensure alignment with strategies;
- Ensure the continuous collaboration with Marketing team to conduct and develop sales campaigns;
- Support HR function in sales training and other professional development courses;
- Support the Corporate Segment leader in defining annual Sales Goals for each individual in the organization and implementing analysis to estimate the reach of their sales objectives **What is in it for you?**

- Qualcosa sul contratto? **What you need to have**: - University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.) or similar;
- Fluency in English beyond that in Italian;
- Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint);
- A strong interest in the area of Risk Management and insurance brokerage; **What makes you stand out**: - Previous work experiences
