In this role, as an Operations Specialist you will constantly deal with customers and providers to ensure timely delivery and collection on both FTL/LTL and Groupage products. **How you create impact**: - Ensure delivery and collection scheduling by dealing with carriers, hauliers, subcontractors, and third parties
- Deal on a daily basis with customers, in terms of customs clearance, invoicing, and other administrative duties
- Maintain good relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure retention and growth
- Promote company services to customers, chasing new commercial partnerships **What we would like you to bring**: - At least 2 years of experience in Road Logistics, with a solid understanding of road freight operations
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills,



and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable
